Will P004C go away on its own?

What causes OBD-II fault code P004C?
The engine control module (PCM) uses a Boost Control Solenoid to control the turbocharger and provide the requested amount of boost. When the PCM detects an incorrect signal from the Boost Control Solenoid, it will set code P004C.
