Obd evap and cat system wont reset

Hello, So, the engine control module (ECM) wants to pass the readiness tests (self-testing) so it can set your monitors to ready and begin monitoring the emissions systems on your truck. In most cases where the readiness test fails during the drive cycle it can restart the test. At a certain degree of failed attempts, you get an incomplete fail. That's probably where you are now. Have it diagnosed. You will likely not have a check engine light or trouble codes registered for those issues because the system is not ready to monitor. Diagnosis is going to require a professional diagnostic scan tool and some hands on testing of the EVAP system.
