No Heat From Right Side Dash Vents on Dodge Grand Caravan

Problem Description and Possible Solution

If the heater is on and no heat is felt from the right side dash vents, there may be a problem with the blend air door shaft; a revised part is available to address this concern.

I bought a 98 dodge grand caravan with dual zone temperature controls for the front. It had no heat blowing in the front so I replaced the blower motor. Now the driver side blows hot but the passenger side and rear blows cold. I am assuming there is a problem with the blend door on the passenger side but the heat in the rear is controlled by the driver temperature control switch it says in the manual so should I replaced the blower motor resistor in the rear? I have 2 lights blinking for the a/c and one next too. I have tried to recalibrate but it didn't fix it. Please help...We are freezing!
I have no heat blowing on the driverside , but it blows on the passenger side and we cant figure this out
Mine is a "sport" version. I got it used in maybe 2006. Most of the time I've owned it, the heat hasn't properly come out of the passenger side vents.
