No Break lights

The turn signals and tail lights work, but the brake lights don't. I replaced the brake light switch. Could the BWD Cruise Control Release Switch be causing the problem.

How about the bulbs these are 2 element bulbs and the taillights can light but the element from the stop lamp can be bad
