Lost all keys. Car is too old for dealer help. Locksmith needs key code to cut new key.... Ford doesn't have old codes. Help.......

A locksmith should be able to code the key or do what is necessary to change it. This car also has the first generation of the Passive Anti Theft System, so some programming of a key that you get will be necessary. Also, you may want to call 1-800-392-FORD as via phone they may have more helpful resources than at the dealership.
Oooooh!! Yes their is my Lincoln is doing the exact same thing and yes they said it has to be programmed. .
