My vitara keeps stalling out on red traffic lights and stop signs

the service engine soon light lit up, I had it check and was told I had a bad tps, and misfire on the number 4 coil, I changed the tps, the number 4 coil and replace all of my spark plugs, unfortunate it stills stalls on me when I stop at red lights and stop signs after driving for a little while. Anyone know what's wrong? what am I missing? this is driving me crazy. Thank you in advance

ok, thank you, but where is the mass airflow sensor located?....I located the mass airflow sensor went out and bought a cleaner for it cleaned it no effect, I also replaced the idle air control valve, it is better but it still idles rough and wants to stall out, what is wrong with my vehicle? I can't see paying 150 to 200 dollars to run a diagnostic on it, I have been trouble shooting it and the system led to either the tps, and or idle control valve, both are new now and I still have this issues, although it is running better. If anyone knows what is wrong with my vehicle please let me know. thank you
