My key gets stuck in ignition on accesorie mode and will not turn to lock position to be remived. Also noticed the dash lights dim at times and my bletooth diss not work.

Key goes in and starts the car fine but when I park and try to remove the key it shuts the engine off but it is stuck in accesorie and will not turn to lock to remove the key. I've also have had problems with my Bluetooth not working and only some of the accesorie lights are lit. The dash lights dim at times as well.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Nothing makes it better. I've tried moving the Sterling wheel to make sure it's not locked. I've tried shifting it in and out of park. I've also tried turning the key slowly and even restarting the car. NOTHING HELPS.
