What is your question?
WHILE DRIVING - I FEEL MY FRONT DISC BRAKES ARE PROGRESSIVLEY BUILDING PRESSURE UNTIL THE CAR IS ACTIVELY BRAKING WHILE TRYING TO DRIVE. ABS ??? MASTER CYLINDER?? WHEN THE ENGINE IS COOL, NO PROBLEM, AFTER 5 - 10 MINUTES PROGRESSIVLEY MORE AND MORE BRAKING PRESSURE - TO WHERE I CANNOT CHANGE GEARS.
What makes this problem better or worse?
its better when the engine is cold
How long has your 1998 Nissan 200SX had this problem?
LAST FEW WEEKS, BUT I DONT DRIVE THE NISSAN DAILY

Hello, Anti-lock brake systems typically do not apply pressure on their own, If you had anti-lock brake activation, you would have kick back of your brake pedal and likely noise. It is possible you could have some kind of brake booster issue, or a master cylinder issue, or some other brake system issue. Brake concerns are of course serious business, so certainly do not continue to drive until a professional assessment can be made.
