My engine won't start and pressure test is running lower than normal

My car engine shut off when I came to a stop. Didn't respond to a jump start and the mechanic checked the fuel pump and it was ok. The pressure test ran lower pressure in all heads. I am past due for 80,000 and 100,000 mile services
