My a/c was not blowing cold air. Possible causes?

Had the exact same problem last summer with my 2012 SRX. After 2 unsuccessful and frustrating trips to my dealer I discovered a thread on The Cadillac Owners Forum referencing a GM Bulletin regarding this issue. I printed it and took to the GM service department. Well lo and behold ... mystery solved and problem finally fixed on the 3rd trip!
