My A/c condenser started rubbing and grabs now, what could be the cause?

My heater blower is making a loud grinding noise like its rubbing or hitting something when the fan is put in but when I turn it on while it's taken out it doesn't do it. I don't understand why it's doing that. But it's 10 degrees out and I have no heat.
