What is your question?
So I recently had issues with it running rough and wanted to stall out with very light acceleration or going up a slope as small as my driveway. Changed fuel pump and still doing it. Today I took apart the intake system, cleaned MAF, throttle body, IAC, and the plenum. (I also adjusted the idle screw because I noticed the butterfly was completely closed and the drive by wire latch made no contact with the screw) Started her up and it took a couple tries to keep it running. Finally got it to start up and run but now it sounds like it’s cammed. As if I was holding my foot slightly on the peddle but it drives and goes up my driveway perfectly fine now. Any ideas what it could be? Thinking of doing coils and spark plugs next...

First, there is no "idle screw" you should be fooling with on this 4.6L V8 engine. Second, what do you mean by "drive by wire latch" -- this throttle system has a throttle cable, not "drive by wire". Drive by wire is a term used for electronic throttle bodies using no accelerator cable. Third, "cleaning" your Mass Air Flow sensor can cause more harm than good. Your throttle body should never need "cleaning" either, as it's coated from the factory to prevent needing cleaned. The Idle Air Control valve cannot be "cleaned" either. All of this leads me to think that perhaps more harm than good was done by the "cleaning", and it's anyone's guess what must be done to resolve this issue. From the start, you didn't need a fuel pump (unless you measured fuel pressure and it bled down key on engine off, or had low fuel pressure running -- both I highly doubt). Seek professional help with this vehicle before causing more harm. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
There was a screw on the throttle cable area that wasn’t meeting the butterfly. It was causing the butterfly to stay closed completely. And I apologize for not knowing the names of these parts someone told me it was called drive by wire so I apologize. Also the intake and the plenum was layered in carbon and IAC valve was also covered in carbon or dirt. Cleaned it out and it works like new tbh. There was definitely improvement after cleaning that out. Also by latch I mean the thing that the cable is attached to to open the throttle or butterfly I call it. Also fuel filter not the pump. I wrote this on exhaustion lol. If you have a way for me to send videos and pictures to maybe help you see or hear what’s going on let me know.
