My 2021 Gla 250 is making a siren sound after starting my car. What is this?

Hello, did you recently buy this car pre-owned or from a private party? Some aftermarket add-on anti-theft and tracking devices if not installed properly or activated / disabled can cause this siren noise. Assuming you bought this vehicle recently, go back to where you got it to be resolved.
