It only happens in the morning. It takes several tries to get the truck to start. It will start and then die. It may start after the second or third attempt but it will run rough and then die. Finally after the third or fourth try it will run.

Have you had any luck figuring out what the problem is? I have the same problem.
Pull the inlet rubber hose off the throttle body, clean the butterfly valve with throttle body cleaner. I had this happen to my yukon also. Flap the valve while spraying, a very small air gap around the valve will get carbon build up causing the problem.
