What is your question?
It's hesitating at times upon acceleration, like it can't breathe. Engine light is on. Service tech said it might be my catalytic converter, but not sure which one. So, here in the state of Indiana, I read that manufacturer is still under an emissions warranty up to 150,000 miles. So how do I contact them, a specific one or any Dodge dealer?
What makes this problem better or worse?
Upon acceleration.
How long has your 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan had this problem?
Couple of weeks

Hello, you'll need to check with your local Dodge dealership in Indiana to see what the catalytic converter warranty is there. I'd say - probably not covered, as federal emissions warranty limits the coverage to 7 years / 70,000 miles - whichever comes first. Naturally, Indiana may afford you different coverages. Either way, I don't think you have a problem with your catalytic converter. It's an engine performance problem that can be caused by many things -- unlikely to be the catalytic converter. Hands on testing is needed. Even if you take it to your dealership and anticipate warranty coverage, you'll have to OK them to check out the car and maybe it isn't the converter and you're stuck with the bill. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops I'd consider fuel, spark or air intake concern before exhaust flow.
