lite starts to blink engine starts to run rough and then the lite goes out and engine is fine what to do?

Have the trouble codes pulled to see where to start the diagnosis at. ********************************* Why are we still having problems on this site with sharing info when asking for help? You should have said what you had already done when you posted your original question. You should already have rechecked your work that you did, especially if the problem occured after your work. It sounds like it did not though. We can only make assumptions when you don't share the whole story. If a doctor asks about your problems do you hide info from him? I give up on this one.
Need engine code to diagnose but, this sounds like a coil is starting to go bad. Have code history pulled.
