Like to know what the ticking noise is on belts side of motor?

If it's a ticking noise that only appears when you first start your car and lasts 5 - 10 seconds, then it is the damper/actuator door to your a/c and heater switch. The clicking is from the door trying to open or close. It costs approximately $60 for the part. It's located behind the glove box up under the dashboard. Actually for me, if it didn't make the clicking sound, then I wasn't going to be enjoying any a/c that time around. I live in Phoenix and it sucks when it's 117 * outside.
