What is your question?
I received this error code after an accident, found broken wires, repaired and replaced the O2 sensor with new. Check engine light and code remained. The information on S1 B1 concerns me: Heated oxygen sensor bank 1: sensor 1: resistance: 146.2 Ohm, Heated oxygen sensor bank 1: sensor 1: activation: 24.124 %,Outside air temperature via CAN: 0.0 °C, Oxygen sensor 1 bank 1 ceramic temp: 720.62 °C Is there an adaptation that needs to be performed after replacing? I verified continuity from the T4dt and T6wa connectors to the T56c on the ECU. I also traced rt/sw wire to fuse carrier SR1 which is supposed to have a 15amp fuse on SB16 (brown block) which I can not locate. I drove 1300 miles and then received a drive system malfunction message and 21088 - Injector: Cylinder 4 (N33) P0204 00 [01100101]-Circuit Malfunction. Engine was misfiring. Removed bank 2 fuel rail and injectors and they are very oily and dirty. How do I resolve the lambda sensor and should I replace all 6 injectors

First, how many miles are on this vehicle? Audi may have warranty coverage on fuel injectors depending on the mileage. Second - double check your wiring repairs and related wiring around it; the P0141 indicates a circuit issue, not a performance issue. Did you use an Audi replacement sensor? That would be best to reduce variables. I don't know of any adaptation required following these specific performed repairs. Circuit malfunction of injectors doesn't necessarily mean injector malfunction; being that there was an accident, this kind of makes it all abnormal for diagnostic testing and repairs. Patience is needed.
