What is your question?
If the manifold causes a vacuum leak and eventually a coolant leak, is is possible for the coolant to leak into the motor?

sure. there are coolant passages in the manifold in the front and back. a breech of the gasket can cause an internal coolant leak to the oil as well as a vaccuum leak. Roy
