Dodge Ram 2500 Problems

Engine Will Not Start Due to Blown Door Lock Fuse on Dodge Ram 2500

Problem Description and Possible Solution

If the engine cranks but does not start, or starts and stalls, the fuses should be inspected, especially the power door locks fuse. The power door lock fuse provides power to a module that sends the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) the "OK to start" signal.

Starts one day, then maybe not the next day. when fails to start, it acts like it wants to, then when you let off the key, it will try to run. we replaced the oxygen sensor
Engine would crank but would not start. Swapped the fuel system relay switch located in the fuse box with the spare that is supplied there and it cranked right up.
5.7 liter truck cranks but will not start when ambient temperature is near freezing. Starts fine when temperature rises. Not fuel pump.
