I replaced the cam position monitor @2years ago do I need to do anything else?

Hello, guessing here that you probably never even needed to replace that component. Rough idle at start up can be caused by: Ignition components (plugs, coils), fuel system components (injectors), air intake components (control valve, mass air flow, vacuum leaks, etc), emissions components (clogged EGR passages, valve)...
