Hello, When you bring this into a shop, they are immediately going to suspect the front SAM, which is just a point of integration control for many circuits. While this may be the problem, relay 15R will likely be at fault. If the windshield wipers do not move in any position, likely the relay. If the wipers will move in some, but not all positions, likely the SAM. No matter where you take it, when they tell you the front SAM (signal acquisition module) is bad, ask them if the 15R relay has been checked. You will want a technician with access to STAR and/or WIS. Any shop will know what that is.
