Hello, it is somewhat normal to have a nominal loss of power when using the air conditioning system. However, if it's rather excessive, it is possible that an air conditioning compressor that is not turning as freely as it should be could be dragging on the engine. I would recommend removing the drive belt and see if there is excessive resistance turning the compressor pulley. Also check for signs of belt wear from this situation. Hard to say; a good first hand diagnosis would be very helpful for you.
