I cannot get the third row seats up. The big seat has the pull cord still attach

Hello, There is probably some interference with the carpet and the cover that slides with the seat. The cover I'm talking about is the rectangular piece that blends in with the carpet that is normally underneath the seat. Since the seats do not latch in that position, you may want to lift the covers and see if something has fallen into the area where the seats pivot to stow.
