Jeep uses one of the more advanced anti-theft systems so if a fault is recognized you nearly have to go to the dealership or someone with the STAR diagnostics system. In most situations the key is the problem. You can attempt to disarm the system by unlocking the doors with the hard key. Otherwise, consider a mobile locksmith or contacting a repair facility/dealer.
