How much gas needs to be in the ac system

What is your question?

we refilled the ac system but it doesn't work properly. When the ac kicks in it stops after a few minutes and stops cooling. The system then only blows warm air...now here in the Netherlands no one seems to know the exact amount af gas that needs to be in the ac-system.

What makes this problem better or worse?
