How does OBD code P0384 relate to GM Part 8385?

What is your question?

Replaced GM part #8385 and that fixed problem with cooling fan running more than 20 minutes. Code P0384 states it indicates malfunction in the voltage reading of glow plug heater circuit, often due to a faulty glow plug relay. Did the replacement of GM part 8385 also correct the problem as indicated by CODE P0384?
