cant get the lense off the housing

Found online: 1 Park the Explorer and open the hood. Make sure the engine is turned off and allow a few minutes for the vehicle to cool. Put the gloves on. 2 Remove the three screws located at the top of the headlight assembly. Pull the headlamp towards you and away from the vehicle. 3 Disconnect the electrical connector at the rear of the headlight assembly by pulling it out. Remove the headlamp assembly from the vehicle. 4 Rotate the old bulb counterclockwise and pull it out. Push the new bulb into the headlamp assembly and rotate it clockwise. Reconnect the electrical connector and gently place the headlamp assembly back into the Explorer. 5 Reinstall the three screws to secure the assembly into place. Close the hood.
