10 ways to skin a cat. This is my way, Tell the sale person you need parts, year make, & MODEL. Purchase the parts at a local auto parts. these parts are not electrical, make a written & verble agreement, that what ever you don't use, you'll bring them back & get your money back. Next make sure your engine is cool. You'll need old rags, to clean spillage, stuff these around your work area. Take the hose off, loosen one of the two bolts first, then loosen & remove the second bolt. remove the housing carefully. Take note, how the chigus is sitting. Throughly clean the two mating parts that'll sandwich the chigus.Replace the chigus the SAME way it was sitting with new gasket.Seat the housing , insert the two bolts hand tight, then thighten them one at a tme, until tight. remove rag , reinstall hose & run engine with heater high, check 4 leaks.Thighen if nescessary.
it is kind of buried behind the ac/alt bracket on top of the motor. reccomend taking it to a shop for proper repair. Roy
