Hot air blowing from the floor vents and no air blowing from dash vents

What is your question?

I have a 2017 ram 2500 Cummings big horn. Ive checked my cabin filter and compartment all seems fine . But I have no ac , I have ea air blowing from my floor vents bit nothing from my dash vents and when I try to click the ac buttons to bring air from out side instead of letting it circlet it just flash's at me. Please help!
