What is your question?
Horn relay and fuse are ok but no horn. I am thinking it might be the horn switch in the steering wheel. I need to know how to get the steering wheel cover off to access the switch?

Before taking of the steering wheel/ cover locate the tan wire at the steering column that comes from the horn push in the steering wheel ground that wire, if the horn blows you are correct the switch is bad. Autozone have some popular workshop manuals for free on line once you register (for free) on their website http://bit.ly/autozone_repair_info There is a company that independent auto repair shops "buy" their information from that offer a very reasonable service to do it yourselvers. You can get a one week subscription or year subscription very cheap. The information is year make and model specific repair procedures, service bulletins, component locations, wiring diagrams ect.... great quality information same as the professionals have ,much better than generic workshop manuals from parts stores, much cheaper than the factory manual try http://bit.ly/mitchell_repair_manuals_online and get an online repair manual subscription.
Thanks for the reply. Here is where I am now......Horn is good when powered off the battery. There is power to the horn switch at the steering wheel. Tried a new relay, horn still not working. Fuse is good and there is power at the fuse. But........horn still not working. Oh BTW.......the other day I hit the horn for the heck of it, and it worked ! But the next time I tried it.....nothing.
