Why does my truck overheat while I’m park

Ive had a module replaced on it and my air doesn’t work as well I haven’t driven it in a month it’s just sitting but the last time I drove it it got hot and coolant came from the top of the vehicle bust mostly underneath

What makes this problem better or worse?

It gets hot when in park
