Stopped blowing air through the front vents. Started with a clicking noise under the dash and then it would finally allow air through vents. Then it stopped clicking and no air comes through the front vents.
A/C comes out of driver side vents....heat comes out of the passenger side vents. No noises before. Does not happen everytime, but seems to happen when it is hot outside and you want a/c.
A/C BLOWS ON THE DRIVER SIDE BUT HEAT IS COMING OUT OF THE PASSENGER SIDE. IF I PLACE THE TEMPERATURE ON ANYTHING ABOVE 70 DEGREES, IT'S NOTHING BUT HEAT COMING FROM VENTS, BUT IF UNDER THAT TEMPERATURE, COOL AIR COMES OUT.
parts numbers for blend door actuators ,
doorman 604-125 auxiliary (controls witch vents the air comes out of ) $47.99
doorman 604-165 air inlet $44.79
doorman 604-166 temperature door ( controls the blend of hot and cold air) left main $72.79
doorman 604-167 temperature door ( controls the blend of hot and cold air ) right main $58.79
no need to tear down the dash this is a simple DIY JOB
a/c doors make clicking sound at startup, at first it would correct itself aftert 5 minutes or so, now it only works when it wants and never through front vents.
grinding noise from under the dash, almost sounds like a gear is skipping really fast. I noticed that my son was touching the rear control with his foot and that was making the noise in the dash. turn off the rear heat and the noise goes away.
Everything was working fine and one day I went to start my car and a loud clicking sound started in the center of my dash and the heat stopped coming out of the chest level vents and sometimes the defroster vents. now it's summer and the problem is intermittent with the AC (MOSTLY no AC chest level)I haven't had the money to have the dash torn down and replace the cervo or door gears. I hear it is a big job, and lots of hours of labor.

ABS
I have a air whistling noise in the air duct on the upper dashboard. It starts at speeds above 68 mph and can't stop it even by shutting off the a/c and hea
the car runs and sounds fine. I did not fluttering under the dash like the vents were moving on there own. Now that its cold out and I turn heat up it comes out cold. When I play with the temp knob eventually the heat starts working but still not 100%
