When you mean "didn't look bad" did you actually pull the fuse out and look at it? If you perform the next test for the blower motor it most likely will be an ignition switch. If you have power on the green wire then it could be a blower motor. Vehicle Application: 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 Pickup 4.7L, Vin N, Eng Cfg V8 2003 Dodge Ram 3500 Pickup 5.9L 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 Pickup 5.9L, DIESEL, Vin 6, Turbo, Eng Cfg L6 2003 Dodge Ram 3500 Pickup 5.9L, DIESEL, Vin C, Turbo, Eng Cfg L6 Customer Concern: No blower motor operation. No power on the Green wire at the blower motor. Tests/Procedures: 1. This voltage comes from the ignition switch. Check the Pink/Black wire feeding the ignition switch, it should have battery voltage at all times. If not, check fuse 4 in the Integrated Power Module (IPM). 2. If the Pink/Black wire has battery voltage, and there is no voltage coming out of the switch, then replace the ignition switch. Potential Causes: Ignition Switch Wiring
