WHERE IS THE HEATER BLOWER RESISTOR LOCATED FOR THE FRONT AIR BLOWER CONTROL AND ALSO THE REAR AIR BLOWER CONTROL? ARE THEY IN THE SWITCH ITSELF?

The heater blower resistor is located under the passenger side dash inline to the blower motor.
