What is your question?
One day my Heater Blower Motor just stopped working, so I checked the easiest item first, the blower switch. After disconnecting the switch from the pigtail I noticed two prongs on the switch burned and melted the plastic that the prongs fit into and the same on two female connectors in the plastic pigtail also melted. I replaced the pigtail and Heater Blower Switch but the blower still does not work and the Relay and Resistor have current when the switch is turned on. What could have caused the switch and pigtail to heat up enough to melt? No fuses were blown and there are no wires grounding out. What would be the most likely cause? Resistor,Relay or Blower Motor

Here is what happened to mine during cold outside temps. Water somehow got down & froze up the squirrel cage on the blower motor. Now I'm trying to figure out how the water got there. Martin
