hardtop convertible open close

my roof to my 230 slk will not go back up-How do I close it manually?

we had the same problem and took it to out dealer here. of course no warenty with the age of the car so we droppeed 400 on it. And that was no parts replaced. They took the top apart and re alligned the gears they also regresed everything. Seems to be working well now.
