Had new lifters installed n still ticking , i was told could b timing chain . ??

Dosent tick when engine cold , soon as it warms up n there on it sounds like lifters ticking , not as much a knocking noise , just ticking .. Any ideals to help me out .. 3.7 Motor . 2005 reg cab ram 1500 .
