Gas leaking from exhaust pipe on Audi A5 Supercharged

My friends Audi S5 2012 just sat for about 2.5 years. All the rats nests cleaned out everything looks good I think. Wires are chewed and this gas leak. Her tech guy who's the only one that's worked on the car since she's got it running again. He says he can find nothing wrong with her car. I drove behind her and it was leaking so bad out the exhaust pipe on the way home and I thought it would clear up but it got worse over the weekend and it's back in the shop again. Any car guys know how to help? Happens everytime she drives it now.

The question is - what is leaking out the exhaust? Is it smoke? Is it fluid leaking out? If it is smoke, what color is the smoke? If it is fluid, can you capture a sample and see what it is?
There are so many variables here - the vehicle sitting for so long, the rodent infestation, and wires potentially damaged. This will take some effort to figure out.
