What is your question?
This started yesterday. I drive down into a parking structure turning left going down. My car started making a funny noise when making the left turns. Could this be a low power steering levil or a suspension issue. It only happens when I have the steering wheel turned left.

A low level of power steering fluid should equally effect turning the vehicle in either direction. Without being able to hear the noise first hand it is difficult to "guess" at its probable cause ,but I just worked on a Jaguar today with a similar complaint, the plastic shield/ fender liner was damaged and missing retaining clips allowing the wheel to rub against at almost full steering lock. Would love to know what you find.
