What is your question?
I have been having intermittent problems with my 1999 Suburban 1500 not starting. This happens when it rains or is very humid. It will fire and then kill right away numerous times before finally running. The code reader said there is low voltage to the fuel regulator or the fuel regulator is bad. I need to know where the fuel regulator is located...or any other advice on what the problem may be?

It should be at one end of the fuel rail going to the injectors. This is what it looks like: http://www.autozone.com/autozone/catalog/parts/partsShelf.jsp?categoryDisplayName=Fuel+Delivery&fromType=parts&fromString=search&parentId=49-0¤tPage=1&filterByKeyWord=fuel+pressure+regulator&isSearchByPartNumber=false&navValue=14900165&categoryNValue=14999999&fromWhere=&itemId=165-0&displayName=Fuel+Injector+Pressure+Regulator&searchText=fuel+pressure+regulator I hope this helps.
Thank you! Any ideas why this is only happening when it rains or is humid? Is this a common problem?
