fuel pump failed & replaced also cap and rotor will fire but will not start. How do I fix it?

Sounds like the Distributor module. I ve replaced mine several times. Easy fix usually

it may be out of time, check it out by no 1 cyl. it may have been one tooth off by dist before you put on dist cap go one way or the other with wires on cap and check fuel press also put dist back in correctly. move with long flat screw driver if this is the case.
