where is the front eveporator coil located and how do i remove it?

The front evaporator coil is located in the heater box under the dashboard. The best way to attempt this repair on your own, would be to purchase a Haynes auto repair manual. You can buy one that covers your model van, it has step by step instructions and picture to follow. It can also be used later for other repairs you might want to try yourself. These manuals are available at your local auto parts store and run about $20.00 You will also need to be able to discharge and recharge the A/C system and cooling system to do this repair. It is pretty involved and may require special tools.
