Passenger door turns radio off but not driver door

My vehicle had been sitting for a couple of months. When I came back to start it, anti theft was blinking. I placed vehicle on a tickle charger at that time. Vehicle dash lights and radio came on. Key unlocked doors remotely. When I tried turn over the engine, the anti-theft was blinking and car would not click or start. The dashes ---- show up where the mileage would read. three rows of dashes. how can I get the vehicle to run again? Seems that some part is not communicating with another. Thank You, Monica
