Fan wouldn't blow and outside temp gauge read ----.

What is your question?

I drove the car last night, everything was fine. This morning the fan wouldn't come on, the seat heater wouldn't come on, and the outside temp guage read ---- . I dont' know if maybe it's a fuse, or the blower motor (althought I don't know why that would affect the outside temp guage or the seat heater). Any thoughts?
