Evap Vent Solenoid

What is your question?

I am trying to find out where the evap vent solenoid is on my truck. And I would like to know if this is something that I can fix instead of taking it to a mechanic. They also replaced blower motor resistor and recommended that I should replace blower motor connector, is this necessary?
