The symptoms listed can be replicated by a broken blend door, blockage in the air ducts, or bad sealing foam pads where the blend door seats against. In minor cases where an HVAC air door has failed and is accessible for replacement, this repair is very simple. Most people with a small tool set can replace the blend door in this situation.
