no coolant in oll nor exhaust..when warmed up... leaking underneath...between engine and transmission

You need to take it to a repair shop and ask them to perform a coolant system pressure test. This way they will be able to pinpoint the location of the leak and you don't need to waste your money on unnecessary repairs.
