What is your question?
I have a 1999 ford e-350 with a 6.8l v10, the engine will only idle if you have the mass air flow sensor connected, but will run and accelerate with the sensor disconnected, no fault codes when connected, i have replaced the cam and crank sensors and tried 2 new mass air flow sensors with the same results, i also noticed that when the engine will accelerate with everything conneced which is rare the timing advance will change from 10-25 running good to 0-30 and cut back to idle.
