I NEED TO SEE WHERE THE EGR VALVE IS LOCATED ON A 95 LINCOLN TOWNCAR FOR ME TO CHANGE OUT.

The EGR valve is located on the rear right area of the intake manifold. It is connected to the right exhaust manifold with a metal tube. The valve and the tube must be removed as an assembly, and separated once it is off the car. The tube is connected to the exhaust manifold with a threaded fitting, and after all this time, may be difficult to remove. There are some access problems with these valves. If you are getting a code for insufficient flow, the ports themselves are the likely culprit. They are easily cleaned by removing the cover on the rear of the intake manifold. these ports are small, and easily clogged by carbon, and oil residue. this is a common problem on the older 4.6 V8s. If you have any doubts, bring the vehicle to a shop for the repair
